All reservations with Tours TBD are pre-paid, unless your Voucher indicates otherwise, eliminating the need to arrange anything with your operator. For packages with partial payment, the remaining amount must be settled upon boarding the unit for your tour or transportation. If asked, kindly ensure to inform your hotel that you have reservations with Tours TBD. We’re more than happy to assist with any questions or additional information you may need. All changes to reservations are subject to availability. If you wish to make any changes to your booking, kindly contact us directly. Please note that we cannot accept instructions from third parties, hotels, or travel agencies. Please be aware that all refunds, whether due to a reduction in the number of participants, total reservation cancellation, or any other reason, may be subject to an administrative fee of 20% of the total amount paid for the services. For boat tours, yatching rentals or catamaran excursions, if your journey is diverted or delayed for any reason, resulting in the loss of your scheduled program or service, you are entitled to an 80% refund. To initiate the refund process, please email us the details of the situation. A specific condition for eligibility is that the activity has not been undertaken. In the event that your cruise or flight is canceled or diverted due to inclement weather, we will reschedule the same program for you on any available date using a certificate that will be valid for the next 180 days. The rescheduled program will mirror the one you initially purchased, and there will be no additional charges for any rate increases. This certificate can be redeemed during your upcoming vacations.

• Note: Refunds for the service are non-transferable.
• If the number of participants is reduced: the remaining value will be held for future use. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
